Meet your coach.
Hey, I'm Jared
I’m a father of 4 who’s been happily married for 16+ years. I’ve excelled in senior leadership roles in adult education and management consulting and I’ve run a successful coaching business for the last 6 years. I’m an avid endurance athlete with 6 Ironman finishes, a dozen marathons, several ultra-marathons and the very rare feat of 100 miles in the Grand Canyon.
I know what busy looks like.

With high pressure at the office, big goals for my health and the non-negotiable priority of my marriage and family, I know how hard it is to make it all work.
It’s difficult but not impossible.
My method was created to manage it all.
40+ hours of work a week
Up to 20 hours of training during peak season
Quality time with family
Now I’m sharing my system for managing it all so working parents can reach big personal goals, build durable family relationships, and STILL have a thriving, guilt-free career.
What I built using my system is a comfortable life that allows me plenty of freedom to be present and engaged with my family, continue learning and growing, work on my health to amplify my wellness and test my limits doing things I love. All while helping others along the way.
What you build with my system is up to you.
You don’t have to be overwhelmed, burned out, stuck, or tired all the time.
You should have the system.
You should have your goals realized.
You should have more time, freedom, and happiness.
I’m honored to be a small part of your journey and thrilled to have you as a part of mine.
Sincerely,
Jared

Pam, Executive
“I learned that I must restitute a lot of scheduled time blocks, be highly intentional with my schedule, learn to say a lot more NO’s and my time and I must be APOLOGETICALLY FIRM!”
Marianne, CEO
“Jared is the master at pulling out the real issues and discarding the rest. Then coming up with a manageable, measured game plan to fix the core issues for good. And somehow making you think it was your idea. (It wasn’t)”
Mike, Managing Partner
“I have at least one a-ha moment each session. I truly can’t say enough about these sessions. I had no idea what to expect and now I absolutely rave about my experience to anyone that will listen.”
Kelly, President/CEO
“I’ve used values to make decisions about my career path. I created a resume and highlighted my values and set the table with potential managers according to what’s important to me instead of passively trying to fit their values.”
Google Executive
“The Process! It is a well thought out program. I loved that. There was a method to the madness and it really made a difference for me and how I was able to absorb the information, retain it and walk away and actually implement it in my daily life.”
Nikole, Executive
“I naturally favor a conservative approach of “what bad could happen by taking a risk” rather than a “what good could happen, and likely only happen, if I take the risk/chance” Challenging that approach is critical to advance life/career goals.”
Paul, Executive
